Fabulous vintage 1980s hand carved chess set.The games are built into the travel case and are hand carved in a soft wood with a hardwood veneer as the game surfaces. The interior houses all the game pieces, 32 for chess .The board folds in half and has two handles that come together to securely fasten the board shut with a metal hook. Everything is in perfect condition with no scratches, dents, or loss of color. Looks unused or gently played on. Perfect for playing in vintage style. All original, all old!
