Advertising Glass Dairy Creamer. It has a cap seat where the card board insert would rest. The size of creamer is 1/2 ounce and it measures around 1 5/8 tall. Is in super nice condition. Used in the old days in restaurant's for cream for coffee. Picked these up at a storage locker auction but don't know much about them. Very cute item.
