Authentic Mexican pestle and mortar made of lava stone. The piece is very heavy weighing just over 9lbs.
This mortar measures 8.25" in diameter and 4.25" in height. The pestle measures 4" in length.
This piece is in good condition. There is a chip to the pestle, but given the porous formation of lava stone this is hard to even notice (Displayed in the final photo provided). The mortar has no chips.
