Steve Madden Tanker P boot in black. Pre-owned. These boots originally came with an ankle pouch that attached to one of the buckles, but it does not come with this purchase. The inside of one of the metal buckles has a piece broken off, but it cannot be seen when worn and the buckle still functions. There are some subtle scuff marks to the toe box, visible up close and under bright lights: please see last 3 photos.
