All fishes are inspected before shipping out to customers, ensuring that they are healthy, active, eat, etc.

*** Shipping

I will ONLY ship on Monday/Tuesday to avoid any shipping delays. Additionally, a heat pack may be needed to ensure the fish's survival (depending upon your location). Please look at your local weather before placing an order. I WILL NOT ship the fish out because of harsh weather and conditions. If and when the weather and condition have improved, I will then be able to ship the fish, ensuring the survival of the fish and no possible delays. Please, if interested in the fish, do please message me about it, and we can work something out.

Additionally, I will not be held accountable if the box is delayed/damaged/lost. Of course, feel free to contact me and keep an eye on your tracking number. 

*** DOA

If in the case of a DOA (dead on arrival), please take a picture and send it to me within 2 hours, and no later. We can further discuss this matter via messages: 1) to refund your money or 2) send you a new fish, but you will have to pay ($15) shipping price.

*** NOTICE!

The fish will most likely arrive stressed, skittish, with no color, horizontal bars, etc. Please set up your aquarium "X" days prior, making sure your tank is thoroughly cycled. Once the fish arrives, please accumulate the fish before releasing the fish into its new home. Within a few hours, and/or day or two, the fish should display its beautiful colors and slowly become acquainted and comfortable with its new home. Enjoy!!!
