You are buying a rose decorated covered sugar which has a scallop rim. The height is 3 inches not including the lid. Top opening has a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. Cannot read the faded mark on the bottom but can read "Germany". This beautiful sugar has no chips or cracks but does have wear including a few scratches.
