This set includes 4 (four) stamped "Ohio Art": hammer, axe, saw and wrench. Also included are five other soft plastic tools stamped "Made in Hong Kong": two wrenches, chisel, file and pliers.

Tin tool box is in excellent condition.  No rust, no scratches or dents.  See photos.
