Description A lovely English antique Edwardian cast solid sterling silver miniature model of a "gondola boat" by the silversmiths Cornelius Saunders & Frank Shepherd in excellent clean condition and with English silver hallmarks for London 1902. Beautiful quality original 122 year old example, (definitely not a modern re-production), very nicely detailed and with no added personal inscriptions. Weighs approx 26 grams; a more uncommon model.
Measurements Measures approx 2.55 inches (65mm) x 0.7 inches (18mm) and is 1.3 inches (33mm) in height.
Date English antique solid sterling silver with a full set of English silver hallmarks for London 1902 (date letter "g"). Good clear silver marks and includes the extra letter "F" silver import stamp and the silversmiths initials are "CS*FS", (Cornelius Saunders & Frank Shepherd - 1893 - 1941).
