The main stone is a Faux Pearl it is 11mm in diameter.  The round CZ taper from 3mm to 2mm. The face of the ring is 12mm north to south. 

The ring falls on a US Mandrel at a size 7, UK Size N 1/2.  It is fully hallmarked, but has been tested, and verified weighing in at 9 grams.  There are no problems.   This item is pre-owned and there will be ordinary and normal use marks. Comes from a clean, smoke-free home.
