No makers marks maybe removed ? , it does not work the mechanism is broken has a wind handle on front side which move the shutter curtain/blinds which is inside the front the blinds are attached to spindles inside so i'm told but the mechanism maybe a spring is broken and does not work it will need attention & maybe parts to repair ! 

No box or case etc nothing else with this item.

Sold as a Collectors item , A Ruler will guide you to size/scale.
