Erste Einzelausgabe dieser ausführlichen Abhandlung über den Glauben an Petrus und die Heilige Dreifaltigkeit. Das Werk wird im Kirchenlexikon Fulgentius, Bischof von Ruspe (um 467-532) zugeschrieben.

"Mit seinem Werk 'De fide ad Petrum', 'Über den Glauben, an Petrus' legte er eine systematische Übersicht über die theologischen Fragen vor, gleichsam eine Vorstufe zu den monumentalen mittelalterlichen Summa-Werken" (Ökumenisches Heiligenlexikon).

Sehr gut erhaltenes Exemplar. Sauberes, gereinigtes und breitrandiges Exemplar. Teilweise noch ein wenig fleckig bzw. braunrandig. Blatt 2 unten stärker gebräunt. Blatt 2 verso mit zeitgenössisch-handschriftlichen Kommentar im unteren Rand.
