Returns: All items are open for return for 14 days after your item is delivered. Please use the correct option when you start your return.

Inquiries & Complaints: We will try our best to answer any inquiry or complaint immediately. Sometimes, we might not see/check your messages in time, but we will try to answer them as soon as possible. If you have any questions or complaints/issues, please leave us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Feedback: If you have any issues with our item/product, we are here to help and solve any issues we can. In cases where we cannot solve this, we suggest you return the item for your full refund. We have 14 days free return policy. Please allow us to solve any issue before any negative feedback. If you are happy with our item/product, we appreciate it if you could leave us positive feedback. As a small and new business, your positive feedback could help us in our future services.

Refunds & Partial Refund: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received. The item should be returned as it was received. All items are recorded before dispatching and once the item is returned will be checked according to the records. If everything is fine, a full refund will be issued within two days. Please also consider 3-5 days of Banks processing time, to settle your money back to your account.
