This is a very nice vintage item, looking in good physical condition, however unfortunately there are a couple of technical problems. The music plays okay, the ferris wheel goes round, but sometimes it gets stuck for a second, but then carries on working, also the elf does not move the handle. Some of the box is a little damaged, but otherwise is okay, and the inner packaging is extremely good. As such you are buying this as seen in photo condition hence the low starting price.
