This listing is for Germania Hair Clipper.  The clippers measure about 5 1/2 inches long.  They have a spring between the handles.  The handles do show wear.  It looks like some of the "teeth" are broken.  They do close/open.  I will gladly combine shipping.  Please e-mail any questions.
