Upon shipping, you will automatically be sent (to your main paypal address) emails containing the package tracking number so you can track shipping.
If you do not receive your item by the scheduled date please message us via eBay messaging providing the tracking number.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
It is carried out by our express courier from Monday to Friday office time. You will not receive any notice from the courier prior to delivery. Specific requests for delivery times are not accepted.

HARD TO REACH ISLANDS OR REMOTE AREAS SHIPMENTS
These types of shipments may take up to 2 extra days for delivery, please do not penalise us by releasing low stars for shipping times for causes beyond our responsibility.

NON DELIVERY
For absence, incorrect address of recipient or missing data (civic number or other data essential for delivery) the courier will attempt a second step.
If the customer is absent after the second step, shipping will return to our warehouses. In this case we will refund you withholding the costs incurred by us for return shipping and any storage charges incurred. We will also send you a transition cancellation request which we ask you to accept. Doing so will prevent you from receiving a warning and the seller will be able to recover any commissions paid to eBay. A refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product on site.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Cannot be changed after purchase.
For purchases with paypal payment, your primary paypal shipping address will be considered.
We do not accept changes of shipping addresses, If the shipping address is different from the one recorded on paypal you will need to update the shipping address on paypal before purchase.

Warranty Terms
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receipt of the product.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you or a third party, other than your designated carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer will be able to open a return directly with the form ""request a return"" which they will find available on ""my eBay"".

All customized products at customer request (e.g. customized ring or bracelet / shortened necklace) may be subject to limitations or exclusions from the right of withdrawal.

All products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

Products will then need to be returned intact, unused and in original packaging.
If you ascertain that such products have been used or are unlabeled, Vincent S.r.l will not be able to process your return.
