The shade is hand painted ceramic with small chip under the bill. You can’t see it from the top. Certainly vintage with solid metal base. The base measures 8” in diameter. The neck is 15” long and flexes smoothly. Clean and from a smoke free home. The shade is about 8” long. See photos.
