SPECIFICATIONS

A rare Marcel et Cie vintage chronograph with a Champion Spark Plug motif c. 1970s in excellent cosmetic condition. Housed in a 35mm case and powered by the venerable Valjoux 7733 movement, this piece is a consummate casual sports watch that is also suitable in professional settings.

Case : unpolished stainless steel case measuring approximately 35mm (excluding crown) and 43mm from lug-to-lug with 18mm drilled lugs, snap-on caseback with Marcel Watch Corp signed on reverse, original acrylic crystal, pushers and crown.

Dial : original black matte dial with applied baton indices with inlaid lume, 45 minute recorder at 3 o'clock and seconds at 9 o'clock, Champion Spark Logo at 6 o'clock, original baton handset with inlaid lume and sweep seconds hand.

Movement : Marcel Watch Co signed Valjoux 7733 manual-winding movement with 17 jewels.

Strap : new 18mm brown genuine leather strap.
