Up for auction is a 2009-10 Exquisite Collection Jermaine O'Neal Patches Autograph #45/50. This card is autographed by Jermaine O'Neal, also contains an authentic piece of patch used by Jermaine O'Neal in an official NBA game (as a member of the Raptors), the patch has 3 different colors. Please note, there are some small slight wears and chippings around some of the corners and edges, there are a few slight small scratches on the surface, on the front of the card, there is a light scratch on the surface (3rd picture), on the back of the card, there is a small slight crease around the top left corner (4th picture), not big problems, please be aware of the minor imperfections when bidding.
