1. Dispatch Location:

All items sold by SgCardCraze are dispatched from our base in Singapore.


2. Redemption Code Delivery:

Please note that redemption codes will be delivered through Surface or Airmail. We do not provide redemption codes electronically.

 

3. Shipping Service and Costs:

For both local and international shipments, we default to using Singpost tracked (registered) mail service. All mailing costs quoted align with Singpost's local and international mailing standards and will be the responsibility of the buyers. For high value items, Fedex International mail is available (Please notify us and await invoice). Tracking services are included.

 

4. Shipping Charges and Combined Orders:

The shipping charges displayed are indicative and are subject to final shipping adjustments. After a successful bid on multiple items, please await an invoice that includes updated combined shipping charges. For the first 5 cards, there are no additional shipping charges. From the 6th item onward, an additional charge of $0.50 per item will be applied to the overall shipping cost. Only a Maximum of 20 items allowed and buyers have 7 calendar days to make payments, failing which auto cancellation will take place.  

 

5. Handling Time:

We have a 7-day handling period for all items. The payment receipt date serves as Day Zero, and items will be shipped no later than the 7th day following the payment receipt date. For example, if the payment receipt date is May 1st, the items will be shipped no later than May 8th.

 

6. Pre-Bidding Questions:

Prior to bidding, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are committed to providing timely and thorough answers to your inquiries.

 

7. Accepted Payment Methods

For international buyers, including the United States, payments are accepted via eBay Payment service. For Singapore buyers, payment can be made through PayNow or eBay Payment service.

 

8. Assumed Acceptance:

By placing a bid, we assume that bidders have a clear understanding of and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.


9. Returned Shipping

Sgcardcraze will not be held responsible for shipments that was held at customs of recipient country of receipt. For any posted parcel that was returned by postal services due to customs issues, wrong address provided or not claimed by buyers, only card value will be refunded.
