Shipping and Handling Policy
1. We ship worldwide.
2. All items will be directly shipped from Thailand by Thailand DHL Express or Thailand Post
3. In case of registered mail, please make sure that you have someone at your home to receive it. Otherwise, the item will have to be picked up at your post office.
4. Most orders are shipped out within 10 business days after receiving cleared payment.
5. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday, Festival Holiday.
6. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost prior to bidding or buying.
7. 100% Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason, please contact us for a return instruction within 30 days for a refund. Shipping handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
8. We only Ship to areas which are available by Thailand Post or DHL Express service
