This is actually from White House Black Market, but I had to take the tag off on the neck because it always stuck out of my neck and irritated the back of my neck. 

The front from the neck at the closure is 16.5 in. long, and the back from the neck is 20.5 in.

The length from the armhole to the hem is 13.5 in, and the hem is 30 in. around.
