Up for auction is this original Saturday Evening Post magazine dated March 4, 1944, nice color illustration showing Navy Sailor having old girlfriend's name crossed off arm with many old girlfriend's names crossed off above and new girlfriend's name put on arm by Tattoo Artist art cover by Norman Rockwell, published weekly by Curtis Publishing Co., Philadelphia, PA, nice illustrated magazine with lots of illustrated stories, Current Events, WWII News, History, plus lots of advertising including some WWII related ads, 108 pages, Magazine size appx. 10 3/4" x 13 5/8" 

Condition:  Magazine covers show light edge, spine and corner wear, light soiling, will find a few small edge/corner tip/spine creases/tears, light crease down center of front cover, contents are complete and near VG with some edge and corner wear, will find some edge/corner creases and a few small edge tears, a couple of pages have corner tips missing, some musty/smoky smell and some rust on staples due to poor storage. Overall: Magazine is G+.
