Antique 1920 Cartoon Constantinople Istanbul Turkey Street Sailor Hookah Pipe

For bid is this antique framed cartoon print of street life in Constantinople depicting a sailor and other men smoking a hookah pipe. Step back in time to Constantinople 1920 (now Istanbul, Turkey). I believe the original appears to have been a watercolor or gouache and artist may have been Karelin Mitritch. Framed under glass with wood frame. Measures 10 ¼” by 8 ½”. Normal age and use wear. I have another matching framed print and happy to combine shipping. My research indicates that Mitritch was a popular Russian caricaturists and after the Soviet revolution of 1917 he lived in exile in occupied Istanbul and drew images of life and encounters on the streets there.
