This listing is for a Flocked Plastic bird.  The wings and tail are felt with gold trim.  The bird has a clip for putting on the tree.  The clip does turn.  It measure about 4 inches deep x 4 7/8 inches across x 2 1/2 inches high (including the clip).  I will gladly combine shipping.  Please e-mail any questions.
