Up for bid is a fantastic vintage letterpress block featuring the reverse image of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity pledge pin.  I recently found a huge lot of blocks from most of the fraternity & sorority organizations, featuring member and pledge pins (oddly enough, hardly any crests).  Some of the pledge pins are older versions (Delt & Alpha Sig) which date to the 1930's, so that's about where I think these are from.  Unsure of the college, believe they may have been collected from several collections.  I've been selling vintage Greek stuff on ebay for nearly 20 years and this is only the second time I've ran across blocks with pledge pin images.  This block consists of a thin piece of metal nailed to a block of wood.  In great shape with a very dark image.  It is rather dirty from use though and could use a good cleaning.  Face of the block measures 9/16" tall.  A very nice addition to your ATO or vintage fraternity / sorority collection!  Please email with any questions and thanks for looking!!!
