NOS from December of 1962 is the General Electric 6-volt Amber Fog lamp. Part number is 4012A and the box states 4012A, Automotive Fog Light, 35 Watts, 6 volts, PAR46. Box was sealed as shown in the pictures. Unit is tested and working. Had not seen the light of day for over 60 years. Master box and this single unit box have the 12/1962 date both on them. Sticker on box has part number 6240-19-3158. The lamp even has FOG embossed or raised letters in the glass at the bottom at 6-o'clock. They measure 5-3/4"" across. Also have an alignment notch on the back that is 7/16" long.
These are tested and in original boxes, but the boxes have a little crinkle / smoosh to the box. Does not affect the lamp inside but wanting you to know in case also collecting for the original box.
