This is kaidi remote model KDH130-001 replacement. It has 2x5 pin male connection to the motor, up and down buttons for three motors, 

includes remote and cord that will plug into your southern motion lift chair recliner. Total cord length is approximately 7.2ft, retractible cord for better cable managment.

Home Button:

Close ottoman/back if open and takes the chair to a standing/entry position.

Head Button:

1. Press left to open head rest.

2. Press right to closee head rest.

Back Button:

1. Press left to recline back.

2. Press right to return back to upright position.

Lift Button:

1. Press left to lift close ottoman, if open, and take chair to standing/entry position.

2. Press right to take chair to seated position, if lifted, and open ottoman when chair is in seated position.
