These were brand new in box. A customer on another online site purchased these shoes. I shipped to her in a sturdy cardboard box encasing rhe Madden Girl box. Customer returned the shoes in a flimsy tyvek bag. Box was crushed and one insole has a crease in it(try this on and make sure the crease does not bother you.

Nice shoes which were new in box but currently they are new but have no madden girl box.
