This antique printing block (along with others we currently have listed on eBay) comes to you estate-fresh from an old Brooklyn, New York brownstone that we recently liquidated.  Found packed away in the old basement workshop they most likely haven't been touched in several decades if not more.

This one depicts a circular saw blade inscribed "R. Hoe & Co. - New York & London - No. 313" (in reverse as can be expected).  "G 178" stamped into wood along w/ "205" and a logo which looks like it reads "I.P.E.U."  (perhaps International Photo Engravers Union?).
Metal on wood construction.  Measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/8" by 7/8".
Overall nice antique condition w/ a century's worth of general wear.

Cheers!
