This is for an Antique Chinese 18th Century Kangxi export lidded ginger jar.

It is in good antique condition with no cracks,chips,scratches,damage,repair or restoration to the jar,the lid however has a crack with an old repair and a piece missing on the side,please see photo's.

In the 18th century these Chinese jars with their blue & white decoration were exported to Holland and further more colourful decoration was applied,the jars were then refired.

There is no rubbing to the body of the jar,please see the photo's provided.

The total weight is approximately 1.33kg.

It measures just under 17.2cm in height with the lid,approximately 14.5cm in diameter at it's widest point,7cm in diameter at the outer top lip & just under 12.3cm in diameter at the base.

The ginger jar has been exquisitively hand painted with applied gold surround.

It has an underglaze red square seal on the base
