Shipping and Handling


Standard Shipping: We use USPS Ground Advantage for standard free shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days.

Alternative Shipping: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping: Done through eBay’s International Shipping Program. We ship to eBay’s facility, and they handle the rest. We do not manage international shipping ourselves.

Local Pickup: We do not offer local pickup on any items.

Handling Time: Our handling time is 1 business day. If an item is purchased on a Friday and the courier has already picked up our packages for the day, there may not be a tracking update until the following business day.

No Packing Lists: We do not include packing lists or packing slips with our shipments.


Tracking and Delivery Issues


Tracking Information: We primarily use Sendle for deliveries, which partners with USPS for final delivery. The tracking number provided to eBay is through Sendle, but a USPS tracking number is available upon request. Other carriers may be used in some cases.

Package Marked as Delivered: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you cannot find it, consider these possibilities: It may have been signed for by someone else (e.g., family, friend, neighbor), it could be with a third-party agent, especially in rural areas, it might have been scanned as delivered by mistake and is still in transit. Please wait for an additional tracking scan. If your package was marked as “delivered” without a signature, it may have been left in a safe place on your property due to Sendle’s ‘Authority To Leave’ policy.


Return and Refund Policies


Return Policy for New Items: We offer free 30-day returns for money back or exchanges, and we cover the return shipping.

Return Policy for “No Returns Accepted” Items: We only accept these returns if the item can be proven to be faulty or not as described in the listing, and the buyer has already taken documented steps through eBay messages to remedy the issue or prove that we are at fault.
