I purchased this in Japan. It has invisible zipper in the back, and 6 inch vent in back center. No lining and lightweight but sturdy enough to keep the shape. Easy to wear and very comfortable!

Waist :27.5 in around, Lengths :20 in., hem: 38 in around with vent closed.
