I will accept returns, only on the following conditions. If you don't agree to be bound by all of them, then go elsewhere:

1. The item must be returned the way it was sent to you. Ergo, if the item was sealed in plastic & you open it, you void all returns.

2. Return shipping must have a tracking number.

3. The buyer pays return shipping & I will not reimburse said shipping cost.

4. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for each unopened item returned and I higher restocking fee will apply to opened items.

5. In order to return the item(s), you must agree to be bound by all the terms herein, above any and all policies dictated by the site to which this is listed (etsy,  ebay etc.). Buy buying this listing,  you agree to be held by the terms herein or face legal proceedings accordingly. This is a legally binding contract and can and will be used in court.
