This wonderful, limited edition Staffordshire Enamels box, commemorating the signing of the Declaration of Independence, has a scene of New York Harbor, with the Statue of Liberty and small boats with passengers waving flags, celebrating the 4th of July.  Inside is "July IV MDCCLXXVI" - July 4, 1776 in Roman numerals.   It has a diameter of 2.25" with a height of 1.2".  On the dark blue base is : "Staffordshire Enamels - Made in England in the Old Bilston Battersea Tradition" with a big "S" in the center and "Limited Edition of 500 - Number."  It comes with the presentation case and information pamphlet.  PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR MORE BOXES - I'LL BE LISTING  ADDITIONAL ONES LATER IN THE WEEK.   PLEASE CHECK BACK OFTEN.
