Players take turns rolling the dice to see which color of penguin he/she must remove from the tower. If the player rolls "Black", the player can choose any color he/she wants to remove
You can remove penguins from any layer except the bottom layer
When you remove the penguin, place it in place on the top ring. When 6 penguins are added to the top ring it is done then add another ring on top.
If all 10 rings are used and the tower does not collapse, the player can continue rolling the dice and removing penguins one at a time until the tower collapses
If a player removes the penguin that caused the collapse, he or the player before him becomes the winner
