Aria Pro II Electric Guitar Les Paul Standard Violin Sunburst LS-500 W/Gig Bag

Aria Pro II LS-500 VS Made in the late 1970s

[Regular line LS series]
Aria Pro II is highly rated as a Japanese vintage product.
The LS series is a regular line Les Paul model that produced Gibson and Fender models in the 1970s.
At the time of its release, the Aria Pro II product was sold at a relatively reasonable price for people who couldn't afford the original Gibson, but it became popular due to its construction and high quality sound, and became Japan Vintage. It is a popular brand as a product.
Enthusiasts will love the fact that the construction methods used at the time were used to create deep joints, and they were also securely fastened with bolts.

This model is "LS-500 VS" and the color is violin finish.
It has a cool look that resembles antique furniture, giving it a vintage look.
The basic specifications and specs are manufactured based on the Les Paul Standard.
If you refer to the specifications without a serial number and catalogs, you can determine that it was probably manufactured around 1978.

Body is plain maple top, mahogany back
3P mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard
It has 22 frets with a scale of approximately 628 mm, a set neck unique to this period, and a bolt inside.
What's interesting is that the catalog specs differ slightly each year, with the 1977 pickup being EXTRA-II (hereafter AL-7), the 1978 mahogany neck, and the 1979 maple neck.

The pickup is equipped with a covered type AL-7.
The mellow sweetness stands out and the clear sound is attractive.
The withered sound unique to Japan vintage, which is nearly half a century old, is attractive.
The controls are 2 volumes, 2 tones, and a 3way toggle switch.

The neck is in a flat state.
It appears that the pegs have been replaced.
The string height is 12F, 6th string approximately 1.8mm, 1st string approximately 1.6mm.
The truss rod has some margin in the tightening direction.
The frets are about 80% thick and there are no parts that are low.
There is no chatter, no sound jamming, etc.
