As shown in the first picture, it comes with its old Donald G. Patrick collection marked envelope. Also included is a copy of the 1987 auction description from which Mr. Patrick acquired this token.

It's heavily worn with minimal details remaining...regardless, somehow the experts made the "unique" attribution.
