Used condition. These are a going to be a bit of a project. The bearings could use replacement, or regreasing if you want to pop open the seals. The rims themselves are a bit banged up and wobbly, and may or may not be able to be trued straight enough. They probably have around 1/2"-1" of wobble currently.
