This is a Tama Starclassic Maple drum kit. I bought it new in the late 90's. The color is Royal Walnut and it was made in Japan. It's in great condition. Always traveled in cases. The set includes two rack toms (8X10, 9X12), two floor toms, legs included (12X14, 14X16), and a kick drum (18X20). The kick includes a Protection Racket soft case. Actual case is a little more beat up than the one in the photo. I have also replaced the original black rack tom mounts with newer and lighter, chrome ones. I still have the old black mounts if you want them. Also the 12X14 floor tom was originally mounted, but I added hardware to use legs.
