All of these breeds are very friendly, Great large, colorful egg, producers. They are Great with kids, Cold Hardy and heat Tolerant as well. I feed them only USDA organic feed, and they are raised on a small half acre pasture. They are free to roam even into the neighbors Green bug filled yard(s) if their little chicken hearts desire. These chickens are very spoiled with lots of scraps from the garden and greenhouse, lots of mealworms, and lots of good meat morsels. The roosters are free to mate with whomever chickens they wishish, all the roosters get along. There is no guarantee of pure breeds, however. Most of the breeds tend to have their clicks and stick with their own breeds, on the other hand, the many combinations of these birds will result in very high-quality poultry for your flock. Especially for those with extreme weather conditions, children, and the want/need for a colorful eggs in the Easter egg basket.
