This novelty ceramic clown faced swear box was made in England by Dendan Ware in the 1950s. It has 2 faces and a yellow brimmed hat with a slot for coins in the top. On the brim of the hat there are 3 different 'Temper Charges' from 2 shillings down to 1 penny. The base has "Dendan Ware - England" impressed plus the decorating artist's initials "W D" written in black. It has been used but is still in good condition. It stands 6 inches (148 mm) high with a diameter of 4 3/4 inches (120.00 mm). Please look carefully at photos to see exact item and condition.
