Wonderful copy of the United State lifestyle magazine, which as the title suggests focused mainly on the Western United States. The magazine was published six times a year.

This1973 edition, is during the Lane Publishing era which owned the magazine for 62 years up until the 1990 purchase by Tim-Warner.

The magazine contains some classic period advertisements, for cars, recreational vehicles. There is also a great article on the redevelopment of San Francisco’s old produce market and the early reaction to the iconic Transamerica Pyramid, that remained the tallest building in San Francisco until 2017.

Generally in good condition, except for some major wear to the spine, there is no corner bumping and minimum creasing to the face of the cover. Internally it is clean with no obvious wear with the exception of the inside front and rear covers associated with the external spine wear, refer photos.
