Kugels are made of a heavy glass, and are some of the earliest glass ornaments created in Germany.  The color of the kugel is the color of the glass. In this case,  green colored glass and silvered inside.  Flat top, with a brass patterned top, and a continuous seamless round loop to hang on the tree. Yes, there are many "fakes" out there, but these are authentic, and I guarantee that. We are downsizing due to age... No, I am not a ancient as a kugel, but some days feel so.  YES, MORE KUGELS. I STARTED COLLECTING WHEN I WAS 16 AND NOW AT 79 NEED TO DOWNSIZE. BUT I AM A YOUNG 79. AT LEAST, THAT IS HOW I FEEL.

These  ornaments being listed today are vintage, not reproductions.
