The tag has the pants as a 43 so maybe they are meant to be let out a little but they measure and fit as a 40.

There are 4 tiny, impossible to notice unless you are looking for them, stains. They are nearly the same color as the suit but a shade darker.

They are located as follows:

The inside thigh of the front right leg has a tiny stain

The back of the pants, above the left pocket but below the beltline has a tiny stain.

The right center of the jacket, just right of the lapel has a tiny stain.

The back of the jacket, just below the collar has a tiny stain.
