This is a very nice well-detailed NSRA Street Scene April 1999 issue collectible magazine. It features hot rods, local/national event coverage and more, along with tons of street rods and hot rods of all sorts along with other general interest vintage automotive features. This was part of a private estate collection. Coming from a smoke-free home, I will carefully pad, pack and ship this heavy magazine.
