Antique Geo. S. Parker Janesville, Wisconsin Lucky Curve Fountain Pen USA Pat. 4-25-11 in Good Pre-Owned Condition.  There is no ink in the pen.  The pen measures 4 1/2" long.  There is some black ink which got on the pen-see pictures.  Very little surface wear.
