Vintage 1991 trapper keeper style Central Advertising Agency, a division of General Growth Center Companies, Inc.  Very cool blue and brightly colored retro designs in this trapper keeper like notebook.  It is a 3 ring binder with one pocket, a slit for a pad of 8 5 x 11.5 paper and a velcro closure flap.  In very good condition!
