We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of sale provided.

Normally people receive their items within 2-5 working days however sometimes it takes longer due to unexpected circumstances at courier end which unfortunately is out of our hands. All items are handed over to USPS, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons. We should allow 15 working days for US orders and 28 working days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologize for this delay and thank you for being patient and understandable.

 

In the meantime please check with your local Delivery or sorting office just in case they tried to deliver it while you were out. Please let us know if your item does not arrive in 15 working days, we will work with courier side directly to get the newest updates of your package.
