This auction is for a Settimio Soprani Accordion L-532/3 Made In Italy that I purchased at an estate. I really know nothing about accordions but feel free to message questions, I will try to answer best I can. There was no strap except the strap on the back end.  There is no case for this accordion. One of the keys on the far right looks like it's higher than the other ones.  I tested it and it seems to make the right noises. But like I said I'm not an expert.  Being sold as-is.  Good luck bidding.
