This is a raised by water size 6 girls dress (jacquard tutu.) the bodice upper has white flowers and it is 100% cotton. The tulle is 100% polyester. Dress under skirt appears to be cotton knit. It has two tulle layers of overlay. The tulle has raw edged bottoms. There are two small snags in the tulle that I could find (pretty hard to tell unless looking for them.) dress is otherwise in excellent condition. Please see photos. Measurements are also in photos.
